What does an Inbound Logistics Coordinator (Logistics Associate) role mean at Prinova?
The Inbound Logistics Coordinator will join a dynamic and fast‑paced Logistics and Supply Chain team of six. This team is responsible for managing business operations, including imports, exports, and direct shipments.
With the expected growth of the Business in the UK and Europe, we are looking to add a member to the Team.

What to expect:
- Coordinate import and export shipments (sea, air and direct) between suppliers, warehouses and customers across Europe.
- Prepare, check and distribute shipping instructions and documentation, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin and health certificates.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, customs agents, warehouses, suppliers and customers to ensure timely and compliant delivery of goods.
- Provide customs clearance and storage instructions, track shipments as required and maintain accurate shipment and inventory records within internal systems.
- Ensure full compliance with import / export regulations, including commodity code classification and handling non conformances.
- Process and verify freight, warehouse and supplier invoices, maintaining accurate records via the e filing system.
- Conduct occasional on site warehouse inspections and support ad hoc logistics or compliance activities as needed.
- Experience handling dangerous goods is advantageous.
Does this sound like you:
- 3+ years experience in an import / export or international logistics role.
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, international trade and customs procedures within Europe and UK.
- Proven experience managing imports, exports and cross trade shipments across road, sea and air transport.
- Hands on experience with export documentation (COA, COO, Health Certificates, inspections).
- Familiarity with global export markets (e.g. the Middle East, Africa, South America).
- Experience with product classification and commodity codes preferred.
- Knowledge of Dangerous Goods and European language skills are advantageous.
