Real Estate Solicitor

We are working with a leading Southeast London law firm for a Junior Solicitor to join their Real Estate team.

The Role:

The successful candidate will join a highly regarded Commercial Real Estate team, working on a broad range of matters including development, investment, real estate finance, and corporate occupier work across sectors such as retail, industrial, healthcare, and residential.

They will advise a diverse client base, including property companies, funds, PLCs, and high-net-worth individuals, on complex and high-value transactions. They will collaborate within a large, multidisciplinary real estate group, benefiting from strong support and resources.

Criteria:

• 0-2 years’ PQE;
• Real Estate background;
• Excellent academics;
• Interpersonal skills;
• Research abilities;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Ability to work independently and as a team.
