ROLE: Asbestos Surveyor

HOURS: Full-time, 40 hours per week

LOCATION: West Midlands (Mobile role)

We're looking for an Asbestos Surveyor who will conduct a variety of asbestos surveys and support our clients across domestic, commercial and industrial sites.

Role Responsibilities

• Conduct asbestos sampling, reinspections, management, refurbishment and demolition surveys in line with HSG264 and company procedures.
• Collect site data and transport asbestos samples to UKAS-accredited laboratories.
• Produce accurate asbestos survey reports and drawings using company software.
• Build and maintain client relationships, offering specialist advice when required.
• Liaise with Surveying Quality, Contracts, Projects Managers and Supervisors as needed.

Required Qualifications

• BOHS P402 qualified (or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of asbestos surveying across domestic, commercial and industrial sectors.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Commitment to delivering high standards while maintaining a healthy work–life balance.
