Salary: OTE: £38,000 - £42,000

As they continue to grow, they are looking for a passionate and driven Regional Personal Training Manager (RPTM) to take the lead in recruiting, developing, and retaining personal trainers within our network. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a real impact in the industry by shaping careers, mentoring fitness professionals, and strengthening relationships with key partners.

What You’ll Be Doing

Recruitment

• Proactively source, screen, and interview personal trainer candidates.
• Build strong relationships with training providers, colleges, and industry networks.
• Manage job postings, applications, and onboarding processes through our CRM system.
• Work closely with marketing to ensure recruitment efforts are effective and targeted.

Development

• Lead engaging onboarding sessions and workshops for new trainers.
• Provide continuous professional development (CPD) opportunities and mentorship.
• Organise regional hub sessions, training events, and ongoing development initiatives.

Retention

• Conduct regular check-ins with trainers, offering support and guidance.
• Work alongside gym operators to foster a positive and motivating environment.
• Analyse recruitment and retention data to implement effective strategies.

What We’re Looking For

• A passion for personal training, recruitment, and career development.
• Experience in recruitment, fitness management, or PT mentoring.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
