Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, probation, and offboarding
  • Ensure compliance with UK employment laws and regulations in all HR practices
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Maintain employee records and HR systems accurately
  • Handle employee relations matters and provide day-to-day HR support
  • Assist with performance management, training, and development initiatives
  • Support company culture initiatives and organise employee engagement activities


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR roles, with good knowledge of UK employment laws and HR processes
  • Bachelor’s degree or above (HR or related field preferred)
  • Fluent in English (Mandarin proficiency is a plus, depending on business needs)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively


Nice to Have:

  • CIPD qualification or working towards it
  • Experience in a multicultural or international working environment
