We are currently recruiting for a GDC registered Dental Nurse to join a modern and forward thinking dental practice on a full time or part time permanent basis
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about patient care and interested in contributing to the growth and success of a progressive practice
Key Responsibilities
Provide chairside assistance across a wide range of dental treatments
Prepare and sterilise instruments in line with infection control standards
Maintain high levels of cross infection control and compliance
Support the smooth day to day running of the surgery
Ensure accurate and timely record keeping
Deliver a calm and reassuring experience for patients
Support patient engagement including membership plans and retention initiatives
Assist in improving patient satisfaction and reducing missed appointments
Requirements
GDC registered Dental Nurse is essential
Minimum of 2 years dental nursing experience required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confident discussing treatment options and patient plans
Interest in growth marketing or business development is desirable
