What You’ll Do
- Lead End-to-End Production: Drive the strategy, content creation, and production processes across multiple projects, acting as the go-to expert for media design, pre/post-production, and publishing.
- Solve Complex Problems: Tackle highly ambiguous product and design challenges. You’ll own the entire lifecycle of a solution from scoping and prototyping to implementation and launch with minimal oversight.
- Drive Creative Vision: Evolve and develop original design systems, campaign materials, and visual languages that elevate wider EMEA marketing efforts.
- Champion User-Centricity: Influence cross-functional teams to adopt user-centred design principles, challenging non-ideal solutions to ensure Product Excellence.
- Build XFN Relationships: Collaborate extensively with technical and production teams, building strong cross-functional partnerships to drive adoption of your creative direction.
What You Bring (Minimum Qualifications)
- A Bachelor's degree in Design (or a related creative field), or equivalent practical experience.
- A standout portfolio demonstrating a strong command of conceptual, visual, and motion design.
- Deep experience spanning UX, UI, and marketing design, with the technical ability to create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes across multiple platforms.
- Proven experience leading design projects and managing people or cross-functional teams.
