This is a fantastic opportunity for a Design Manager to step into a fast-paced, technically challenging environment with a business known for quality, innovation, and long-term career development.


You will play a key role in driving the design process on large-scale mission-critical projects, working closely with delivery, commercial, and engineering teams to ensure seamless coordination from early-stage design through to construction.

This isn’t a role where you sit in the background you’ll be at the centre of decision-making, influencing design outcomes, improving buildability, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to the highest standards.


With a strong pipeline of data centre work across the M25 corridor and Europe, this is a long-term move offering clear progression into Senior Design Manager and leadership roles.


Your Role as a Design Manager Will Include:


  • Leading and coordinating the design process across MEP and CSA packages
  • Managing day-to-day design activities on large-scale data centre projects
  • Supporting tender stages and PCSA phases with technical input
  • Ensuring compliance with design standards, building regulations, and safety requirements
  • Promoting best practice in BIM, CDE platforms, and design coordination


As a Design Manager You Will Have:


  • Proven experience as a Design Manager within a Tier 1 contractor or major MEP contractor
  • Strong background in data centres, mission-critical, or large-scale construction projects
  • Solid understanding of MEP design and coordination
  • Knowledge of BS 7671, Building Regulations, and the Building Safety Act 2022
