Leading Insurer who are looking for a Change Delivery Lead to manage the change team. The role will involve:
- Direct management of a team of 7 (BA and PMs)
- Establishing governance and improving project methodology
- Senior stakeholder engagement and working between the Exec and the Change team
- Strategic overview of the portfolio of transformation (business and tech change)
