What you’ll be doing
- Crafting standout creative across branding, campaigns, digital, social, film, animation… you name it
- Switching gears effortlessly between brands, sectors, and styles
- Owning your work – from concept to polished delivery
- Collaborating with a tight-knit team of creatives, strategists, and account leads
- Bringing ideas to life across every touchpoint (not just making things look pretty)
- Presenting your work with confidence – internally and sometimes to clients
- Keeping your finger firmly on the pulse of design trends, tools, and tech
Experience
- Experience in a creative/design role (agency experience = a big plus)
- A portfolio that makes people stop scrolling
- A sharp eye for typography, layout, and detail (seriously… typography matters here)
- Someone who can juggle multiple projects without breaking a sweat
- Strong communicator, clear thinker, and natural collaborator
- Proactive, curious, and full of ideas
- Adobe Creative Suite? Second nature. (After Effects = bonus points)
- UX/UI knowledge? Nice to have. Not essential.
- Comfortable using AI as part of your creative toolkit
Remuneration
- £35-45k depending on experience
- hybrid working – ideally 3 days in the office (but 2 could work if you live a little further afield)
- 25 days holiday + Christmas
