Cure Talent is delighted to be partnering with an innovative and growing medical device company based in Didcot, Oxfordshire, to recruit a HR Advisor. This is a hybrid role, with a minimum of 3 days onsite per week.
This is a hands-on, generalist HR role within a small but scaling business, offering the opportunity to work across the full employee lifecycle while playing a key role in shaping and improving HR processes. The role would suit someone who enjoys a practical, operational HR environment and is confident working independently.
The company is part of a larger Asian medical device group, so candidates with Mandarin language skills would be highly desirable.
