Treatment Coordinator (TCO) – Full Time | Permanent

We are partnering with an ultra-successful, high-growth clinic seeking a driven, commercial Treatment Coordinator (TCO) to join their high-performing team.

This is a full-time, permanent position, working 5 days per week in-clinic, offering the opportunity to be part of a dynamic, results-focused environment.

The Opportunity

This role is ideal for a high-performing, commercially minded professional who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-focused setting. You will play a pivotal role in converting consultations into treatments, driving revenue, and delivering an exceptional patient journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage patient consultations from initial enquiry through to treatment conversion
• Deliver a premium, consultative sales experience
• Build strong relationships with patients, ensuring trust and confidence
• Drive treatment uptake and revenue growth
• Coordinate treatment plans and support the clinical team
• Maintain excellent follow-up and patient communication

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Treatment Coordinator or in a high-end sales role
• Strong commercial drive and results-focused mindset
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to convert leads into sales with confidence
• Highly organised, proactive, and team-oriented
• Experience in aesthetics, dental, or private healthcare is highly desirable
