Encompass Marine is a trusted sales and marketing agent and the exclusive business development partner for leading international shipyards, ship repair, marine systems, spare parts, and service providers.


We are recruiting a Sales and Office Administrator, based at our head office in Grimsby on a hybrid working basis. (37 hours/week, comprising 3 days per week in office, 2 days WFH)


Salary band for the role is: £23,000 - £27,000 pa, depending on experience.


The right candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth running of operations.
