Personal Brand Content Creator (Founder-Led Brand)

This is not a typical content role.

You’ll be working directly with a high-growth founder building a major personal brand and media presence, creating content seen by hundreds of thousands of people across social platforms.

If you understand what makes content cut through — and you want real ownership, pace, and visibility — this is an opportunity to sit at the centre of something that’s scaling fast.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll own the end-to-end execution of a founder’s personal brand content:

  • Capture content in real-time — in the office, on shoots, at events, and on the move
  • Shoot high-quality video using DSLR or similar equipment
  • Edit quickly and instinctively into social-first content (Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn, Shorts)
  • Turn raw moments into engaging, narrative-driven content
  • Spot trends early and act on them fast
  • Bring ideas — formats, hooks, storytelling angles — not just execution
  • Help shape a consistent, distinctive voice across platforms
  • Produce a mix of:
  • Founder-led thought leadership
  • Behind-the-scenes content
  • Interviews and conversational formats
  • Day-in-the-life and reactive content

This is a hands-on, high-output role where speed, instinct, and quality all matter.

What we’re looking for

  • 3–5 years in content creation, social media, or videography
  • Proven experience working on a personal brand, founder, or creator-led account
  • Strong understanding of what performs across TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Confident filming in dynamic environments (not just staged shoots)
  • Fast, clean editing skills (e.g. DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, Canva)
  • A strong instinct for storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement
  • Comfortable working closely with a high-performing, high-visibility individual
  • Proactive, decisive, and able to operate without constant direction
