A highly respected London restaurant is preparing to reopen with serious ambitions. The team will be pushing towards a second Michelin star and building a small, elite brigade to achieve it.
This is an opportunity to work directly alongside a Michelin-starred chef known for precision, discipline and craft. The kitchen focuses on detail, consistency and a calm but demanding service environment.

Your role
• Lead the brigade during service
• Support the Head Chef in delivering a high-level dining experience
• Oversee preparation, service and kitchen organisation
• Maintain consistency and standards across all sections
• Train and develop junior chefs
• Ensure health, safety and hygiene standards are met
• Contribute ideas towards menu development
What we need
• Strong background in Michelin-level kitchens
• High technical ability and attention to detail
• Calm leadership during busy services
• A chef who pushes standards and expects the same from the team
• Japanese cuisine experience helps but is not essential
• Must live within commuting distance of Chelsea
• Right to work in the UK required
