Office & Facilities Manager | Private Equity | Mayfair
This is a great opportunity to take full operational ownership of the office space for one of London’s most respected private equity firms.
As Office Manager, you’ll take end-to-end responsibility for the smooth running running of a stunning Mayfair office. This is a broad, autonomous role covering hard and soft Facilities Management, PPM scheduling, contract and supplier management, landlord liaison and facilities oversight.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in an office or facilities management role
- Strong understanding of building management, M&E systems and PPM scheduling
- End-to-end contract management experience
- Calm, solutions-focused and highly organised
- Comfortable managing relationships with landlords, contractors and senior stakeholders
- IOSH or equivalent H&S qualification desirable
- Financial services or PE background
