Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days in the office)

Salary: £70,000 - £75,000 + bonus + package

This is a rare senior leadership opportunity where you’ll take full ownership of a global events portfolio, not just delivering events, but shaping how they scale, evolve, and perform.

You’ll lead from the front, overseeing the end-to-end operational delivery of large, complex, international events from high-level strategy and planning through to flawless on-the-ground execution. These are not small-scale projects; think high-impact, high-visibility experiences that demand precision, creativity, and strong leadership.

You’ll manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing team, while working cross-functionally with senior stakeholders to ensure every event delivers commercially, operationally, and experientially.
