SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER DERRYLIN, CO FERMANAGH £50K-60K SALARY A highly established, multi-site manufacturing organisation with a strong UK, Irish & international footprint is seeking an experienced Procurement & Supply Chain Manager to take ownership of sourcing strategy, supplier performance, and end-to-end procurement activity. This is a senior, commercially critical role with real influence across production, logistics, finance, and operationsideal for someone who enjoys driving structure, value, and data-led decision-making in a complex environment. DUTIES: Reporting into senior leadership, you will lead procurement and supply chain activity across both CAPEX and OPEX spend, while strengthening systems, controls, and cross-functional working. Key responsibilities include: Developing and delivering procurement & supply chain strategies aligned to business goals Leading high-value negotiations across fleet, equipment, raw materials and services Managing supplier relationships, contracts, SLAs, and performance reviews Driving cost efficiencies and value creation across multiple business units Owning ERP systems, KPI reporting, and management information for leadership teams Working closely with Finance, Production, Warehousing and Stores to ensure operational continuity Overseeing purchase orders, inventory control, and delivery performance Ensuring compliance with regulatory and reporting requirements (e.g. CBAM, UKIMS, customs, Scope 3) PERSON SPEC: Youll be a commercially astute procurement professional who can influence at all levels and bring clarity and discipline to complex supply chains. Youll bring: Proven experience in a Procurement / Supply Chain management role, ideally within manufacturing or industrial environments Strong commercial judgement and negotiation capability Hands-on experience with ERP systems, data analysis and performance reporting A track record of driving change and improving ways of working A third-level qualification (or equivalent practical experience) Advanced Microsoft Office skills WHY APPLY?
