Conveyancing Paralegal

Salary: £28,000 – £35,000 (DOE)

Location: Fully Remote (UK-wide)

A conveyancing role with genuine support — and a better work/life balance.

Are you a conveyancing paralegal looking to step away from high-pressure, volume-driven environments? This modern, award-winning firm is changing the way residential conveyancing is delivered — with a focus on structure, efficiency, and doing things properly.

What Makes This Opportunity Different

This isn’t a high-volume, conveyor-belt role. You’ll work on a manageable caseload, allowing you to focus on quality and client care.

  • No shared ownership or new build transactions
  • Predominantly freehold matters (with some leasehold)
  • Straightforward and consistent workload

Technology & Support

You’ll be supported by up-to-date systems and dedicated teams to make your day-to-day role more efficient:

  • Bespoke case management system
  • Clear, structured workflows
  • Dedicated admin support handling non-fee earning tasks

This approach has helped the firm build an excellent reputation and strong client feedback.

The Role

  • Assist with managing a caseload from instruction through to completion
  • Work closely with fee earners and the wider team
  • Focus on delivering a high-quality service rather than hitting volume targets
  • Fully remote with strong team support

About You

  • Experience working as a conveyancing paralegal or legal assistant, at least 2 years
  • Good understanding of the residential conveyancing process
  • Organised, proactive, and client-focused
  • Comfortable working remotely and as part of a wider team

What’s on Offer

  • £28,000 – £35,000 salary (depending on experience)
  • Fully remote working
  • Genuine work/life balance
  • Opportunities for progression and development
  • Benefits including pension, private medical & dental cover, employee ownership scheme, and full home working setup
