Role Overview
We are hiring a Corporate Lawyer to advise on the full range of corporate matters — financings, M&A, governance, securities, and commercial transactions. The role combines deep legal expertise with strong business judgement.
Key Responsibilities
– Advise on financings, M&A, and other strategic corporate transactions
– Draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements
– Manage corporate governance, board materials, and entity matters
– Support securities filings and regulatory compliance as applicable
– Manage outside counsel relationships and budgets
– Partner with business teams on risk-aware deal structuring
Required Skills and Qualifications
– JD with active bar admission in your jurisdiction
– 5+ years in corporate law (firm or in-house)
– Strong drafting and negotiation skills across major commercial agreements
– Working knowledge of corporate governance and securities law
– Excellent written and verbal communication with executive presence
– Strong commercial judgement and ability to balance risk with business needs
