The Role

Motor Fraud Solicitor - Birmingham / Manchester - Hybrid - up to £55,000

An outstanding opportunity has arisen to join a highly regarded law firm, recognised for its excellence in delivering specialist legal services to a diverse client base, including major insurers, businesses, and individuals. As part of the ongoing strategic expansion of the firm’s Counter-Fraud department, they are seeking a Solicitor to play a pivotal role within the team.

In this role, you will manage a complex caseload of litigated counter-fraud matters, taking ownership of case strategy and technical case handling. You will also be involved in business development initiatives, contributing to the department’s growth and supporting client engagement efforts. The position offers excellent exposure to challenging and high-profile fraud disputes, while allowing you to influence the direction and success of the team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor or litigation executive with proven experience in Motor Fraud claims, who is looking to further develop their technical expertise and take a hands-on role in a dynamic, market-leading team. You will be expected to provide high-level client service, mentor junior colleagues where appropriate, and contribute meaningfully to the team’s continued success.

The Candidate

• Experienced Solicitor or Litigation Executive managing a Motor Fraud caseload
• Proven ability to prioritise effectively, meet deadlines, and manage a diverse caseload
• Strong team player with the ability to work independently
• Excellent legal insight and attention to detail
• Outstanding organisational and time-management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional and confident in liaising with both clients and colleagues
