Role Overview
We are hiring an Operations Manager to run the systems and processes that keep the business moving. The role spans planning, vendor management, and continuous improvement — turning operational chaos into reliable execution.
Key Responsibilities
– Own operational processes across multiple teams or business areas
– Build and maintain operational dashboards and KPIs
– Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and renewals
– Identify inefficiencies and lead process improvement initiatives
– Coordinate cross-functional projects to completion
– Report on operational health to leadership on a regular cadence
Required Skills and Qualifications
– 4+ years in operations, project management, or COO-org roles
– Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
– Experience with project management and operations tools (Asana, Notion, Monday)
– Comfort owning vendor and budget relationships
– Excellent written communication and stakeholder management
– Process-minded and bias for documenting how things work
