We are delighted to be working with a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Orpington in the search for an experienced Administration Manager.


This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised, proactive and hands-on professional to take ownership of the day-to-day operations of a busy office, while also leading and developing a dedicated Administration and Instructions Team. The role offers a broad range of responsibilities and would suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment.


Key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the smooth day-to-day running of the office, including facilities, suppliers, office equipment and health & safety compliance
  • Managing the Administration and Instructions Team, ensuring workloads are effectively allocated and service levels are maintained
  • Monitoring team performance, coordinating rotas, and identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies
  • Supporting new starter inductions, training initiatives, and the organisation of staff events and office projects
  • Assisting with finance administration, social media, and providing wider administrative support across the business


The successful candidate will have previous office management and team leadership experience, ideally gained within a legal or professional services environment. Strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to build effective relationships at all levels are essential.
