Revenue Officer

A local authority client I'm working with in the Midlands is recruiting for a revenues officer on a contract basis.

Location: Fully Remote.

Rate: Negotiable (DOE)

Contract Length: 6 -12 months

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle enquiries regarding Council Tax and Council Tax Support.
• Administrating the billing and collection of Council tax.
• Granting discounts and exemptions.

Essential Criteria:

• Minimum 3 years experience in Revenues and Benefits.
• Civica Open Revenues is a must
• Experience in Council Tax Collection specifically
• Experience of working for a local authority
