Associate/Senior Associate – Property Litigation

Salary: £70,000 – £90,000 + market‑leading benefits
A highly regarded property litigation team is seeking an experienced Senior Associate to play a key role in complex residential property disputes and the ongoing development of junior lawyers.
This is a senior opportunity for a specialist with strong experience in leasehold and landlord & tenant litigation, offering high‑quality work, autonomy and clear progression within a well‑resourced national platform.
The Role
- Lead on complex and high‑value property litigation matters
- Act as a technical escalation point within the wider team
- Provide strategic advice across residential leasehold portfolios
- Supervise, mentor and support junior fee‑earners
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Represent clients in Tribunal and Court proceedings
About You
- 5–7 PQE with strong expertise in property litigation
- Proven experience in leasehold, service charge and landlord & tenant disputes
- Confident handling complex caseloads with minimal supervision
- Commercially minded and comfortable in a client‑facing role
- Experience mentoring or supervising junior lawyers
