About Travel for Padel

Travel for Padel is a newly launched specialist padel travel company, part of the wider Travel for Sport and Travel for Ski group. With years of experience delivering world-class sports travel, we create seamless padel experiences for clubs, coaches, academies, and players worldwide.

Our focus is on driving sales growth, maximising revenue, and delivering outstanding travel experiences through strong supplier partnerships and commercial expertise.

The Role

As part of our continued expansion, we are looking for a sales-driven Group Sales & Project Manager to take ownership of revenue generation, client conversion, and programme growth across our global padel travel offering.

This is a commercially focused role where you will be responsible for turning enquiries into bookings, increasing margins, and growing repeat business, while also overseeing the successful delivery of group trips.

You will play a key role in scaling the business by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and driving sales performance.

In This Role, You Will:

  • Generate inbound enquiries into confirmed bookings, using proactive follow-up, tailored proposals, and strong closing techniques.
  • Heavy emphasis on cold selling & business development, encouraged to get out there and generate leads organically.
  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation through to booking confirmation and repeat business.
  • Drive revenue growth by maximising margins, tracking sales performance, and hitting individual and team targets.
  • Upsell and cross-sell premium services including coaching, upgraded accommodation, and experiences.
  • Develop new business opportunities by building relationships with padel clubs, coaches, academies, and corporate groups.
  • Create compelling, high-converting proposals and itineraries aligned with client needs and budgets.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best commercial terms, availability, and commission structures.
  • Manage key client relationships to encourage repeat bookings and long-term partnerships.
  • Travel internationally when required to support sales opportunities, attend events, and strengthen client and supplier relationships.
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of group trips, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Manage budgets, payment schedules, and post-trip reconciliation with a focus on profitability.
  • Track and report on sales metrics, conversion rates, and revenue performance.

Job Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or revenue-focused roles (ideally within travel, sports, or events).
  • A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • A highly commercial mindset, with the ability to identify and maximise revenue opportunities.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Confidence working remotely and managing your own sales pipeline.
  • Willingness to travel internationally, including occasional weekends.
  • Passion for travel and sport; interest in padel is highly desirable.

In Return, We Offer

  • A high-impact, sales-focused role within a fast-growing brand.
  • Fully remote working with flexibility and autonomy.
  • Competitive salary plus commission and performance-based bonuses (uncapped earning potential).
  • International travel opportunities, including events and familiarisation trips.
  • Ongoing training, mentorship, and clear progression opportunities.
  • All necessary equipment to support your remote setup.

Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 (dependent on experience) + commission
