A senior leadership opportunity to take full ownership of a Building Consultancy business and shape its direction, performance, and long-term growth.

The Role

Lead a multi-disciplinary team across building surveying, cost consultancy, and professional services. Balance strategic direction with day-to-day commercial delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading strategy, growth, and overall performance

• Overseeing operational delivery and technical standards

• Driving commercial performance with P&L responsibility

• Building and developing high-performing teams

• Strengthening client relationships and winning new work

• Ensuring governance, compliance, and best practice

What We’re Looking For

• Senior leadership experience in building surveying or cost consultancy

• Strong commercial track record with P&L responsibility

• Experience growing consultancy teams

• Chartered (MRICS/FRICS or equivalent)

• Strategic leader with strong stakeholder management
