You’ll support a caseload of complex and high-value clinical negligence claims, including matters involving obstetric, neonatal, anaesthetic, neurosurgical, cardiac, oncology, and psychiatric care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support in drafting correspondence and prepare trial bundles
- Liaise with clients and external parties including courts and organisations to support business development
- Setting up new files and assisting with risk assessments for new claims
- Attending court and taking detailed attendance notes
- Assist with billing and general administrative support
Experience & Attributes Required:
- Law degree or equivalent legal qualification
- Previous experience within Personal Injury or Clinical Negligence
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Strong ability to prioritise, manage workloads, and work to deadlines
- Highly organised with strong written communication and attention to detail
