We’re growing our team at Pier1 Bathrooms and are currently hiring for both junior and senior design roles within our award-winning, design-led showroom in Hove.
At Pier1, we specialise in creating beautifully considered, high-end bathroom spaces. Our work is design-led but commercially focused, combining creativity with technical expertise and a strong emphasis on client experience.
These roles sit at the heart of the business and involve:
• Working closely with clients to understand their brief, lifestyle, and aspirations
• Designing thoughtful, well-resolved bathroom schemes using CAD software
• Specifying products with a strong awareness of both aesthetics and budget
• Managing projects from initial enquiry through to completion
• Collaborating with our wider team and trusted installers to deliver a seamless result
For more junior roles, the focus is on supporting the design team and developing skills across all stages of the process, with a clear progression pathway into managing your own projects.
For more senior roles, there is a greater emphasis on owning projects, driving sales performance, and contributing to the overall commercial success of the showroom.
