Working with some of the most prestigious golf clubs and venues worldwide, the company helps partners elevate their retail offering through high-quality merchandise and on-site personalisation.

This role sits at the centre of that growth. It’s a client-facing, consultative position focused on building relationships, developing ideas, and helping premium venues improve both customer experience and commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and develop relationships with premium golf and sports clients
• Identify opportunities to grow accounts and increase revenue
• Support clients with product ideas, merchandising, and activations
• Lead meetings and present recommendations with confidence
• Manage projects, timelines, and delivery
• Travel to client sites across the UK and internationally

What We’re Looking For

• Confident, personable, and comfortable in high-end environments
• Strong communicator who can build relationships quickly
• Commercial mindset with ambition to grow
• Organised and able to manage multiple priorities
• Sales or client-facing experience is beneficial, not essential
• Interest in sport or golf is a strong plus
