About the Role

As our International Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing key markets, managing strategic distributor relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. You’ll act as the main point of contact for assigned territories and play a key role in driving our global sales growth.

Job Location

Our offices and factory are located in Stevenage, Hertfordshire, England.

The successful candidate can be UK or Europe based (Ideally France or Spain).

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for assigned international territories

Build and grow relationships with distributors, wholesalers, contractors and end‑customers

Achieve annual sales targets and KPIs

Visit customers overseas to maintain relationships and identify new opportunities

Prepare sales forecasts, analyse trends, and monitor competitor activity

Provide customers with product knowledge and technical guidance

Work closely with internal teams including production, marketing, and customer services

Attend and represent Elecro Engineering at global exhibitions, trade shows, and sales events

Prepare proposals, quotations, and account plans

Maintain accurate CRM records and submit regular visit reports

Languages

English, French and Spanish (fluent) — essential

What We’re Looking For

Previous international sales experience (manufacturing or technical products preferred)

Ability to understand and communicate technical product information

Strong relationship‑building, presentation, and negotiation skills

Confident traveller, comfortable managing overseas visits

Highly organised with excellent communication skills

Positive, professional, and proactive approach

Travel Requirements

This role includes regular international travel across Western Europe.
