We are a growing Executive Level recruitment company that has a true Global reach.

Due to the implementation of a bold growth strategy and succession planning we are now looking to appoint a new Executive Recruiter to become a divisional leader.

90% of our workload is retained assignments across various sectors which include Electronics, Manufacturing, Construction amongst others.

The Role

• Work closely with the research team to identify high calibre candidates for retained searches.

• Become the account lead on multiple accounts.

• Develop new relationships with new clients.

• Mentor new team members.

The Person

• Will have a background as an Executive level recruiter.

• Will be looking to develop a team to be “Best in Class”.
