NQ Court of Protection Solicitor

Court of Protection Solicitor - Lancashire - Up to £45,000 salary

Due to the development and expansion this leading Legal 500 law firm is seeking an enthusiastic & technically strong Court of Protection Solicitor to join the firms highly reputable Court of Protection team.

The successful candidate will handle a caseload of Court of Protection matters and liaise directly with vulnerable Clients, their families, independent financial advisors and professionals involved with the day to day management of the clients and their funds.

The Candidate

• Court of Protection Solicitor with 0-3 year of post-qualification experience gained in Court of Protection
• At least one seat in Court of Protection or Private Client / relevant legal experience gained in these areas is essential
• Excellent organisation skills and strong financial acumen is required for this role
• Highly ambitious and driven, with a proven record of technical knowledge
• Experience gained in a high street or regional firm
