Immediate Start | Bedford – Fully office based


We’re recruiting temporary staff to join the Customer Services team within the Complaints Department for our Bedford‑based client, with start dates on Monday 11th May or Thursday 14th May.


This role is well suited to individuals who are patient, people‑focused and empathetic, and who can confidently handle sensitive customer situations while delivering a professional service.


What’s on offer:

  • Pay: £14.65 per hour
  • Duration: Up to 5 months
  • Training: 3 days (9am–5pm) before going live
  • Shifts (you can choose one and stick to it):
  • 7am–3pm | 8am–4pm | 9am–5pm | 10am–6pm | 11am–6pm
  • Overtime available, paid at time and a half

  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Strong written English
  • A calm, professional and empathetic approach
  • Confidence handling customer complaints and resolving issues effectively
  • A genuine desire to help customers and improve their experience
