Job Purpose:
We’re looking for a proactive 3PL Warehouse Coordinator to support the day‑to‑day operations of En Route’s third‑party warehouse network across the UK and Europe. Reporting to the Warehouse Lead, this role plays a key part in keeping our warehouse operations running smoothly - ensuring stock accuracy, SLA performance, and strong collaboration with our 3PL partners.
You’ll be a central operational contact for external warehouse providers, helping monitor daily activity, investigate issues, and ensure data flows accurately between warehouses and our ERP system. If you enjoy working across teams, solving operational problems, and keeping things on track in a fast‑paced supply chain environment, this role could be a great fit.
