The Role

As our commercial team continues to grow, we’re looking for a Commercial Manager to take ownership of category growth across Wholesale, Convenience, E-commerce and Health channels.

You’ll work closely with suppliers to drive joint business plans, unlock new opportunities and deliver profitable growth across your categories.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Owning and growing category performance across key channels
  • Building strong supplier partnerships and delivering joint business plans
  • Identifying new revenue opportunities and driving profitable growth
  • Creating tailored product ranges and promotions for customers
  • Negotiating effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Supporting cash flow through debt management and cost recovery
  • Representing DCS at meetings, events and across industry networks


What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in a commercial, sales, category or brand role within FMCG
  • Strong commercial awareness and category management experience
  • Confident negotiator with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to analyse data and spot growth opportunities
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A proactive, driven mindset with a focus on results
