The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Estimator with a proven track record in the construction sector. You will play a key role in preparing accurate cost estimates and tenders for a variety of projects, ensuring competitiveness and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for residential and commercial construction projects.
• Analyse drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labour estimates.
• Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing.
• Work closely with project managers and clients to ensure clarity and accuracy in all estimates.
• Monitor project costs and provide updates as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Estimator in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
