In this role, you won't just manage listings; you will be a core part of a multi-functional Amazon team, driving growth across the UK and Europe. You will bridge the gap between creative brand storytelling and rigorous commercial execution.
As the Marketplace Specialist, you are the operational engine of our digital storefronts. You will be responsible for the health, visibility, and conversion of our products on Amazon (Vendor and Seller Central), with a focus on expanding our footprint into TikTok Shop. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide critical demand data to ensure our iconic toys are always in stock.
To achieve this goal, your functions will be the following:
Channel Engineering & Optimisation
- Listing Excellence: Co-ordinating with the Marketplace Content Team you will build and maintain high-performing listings across Amazon UK/EU, ensuring SEO, A+ Content, and Brand Stores are best-in-class.
- A/B Testing: Lead the testing of titles, imagery, and descriptions to constantly move the needle on conversion rates and customer engagement.
- TikTok Shop: Support the launch and growth of our TikTok Shop presence, capitalising on social commerce trends and new platform features.
Operational Governance
- Account Health: Proactively manage marketplace metrics, resolving policy violations, "stranded" inventory, and occasional complex customer issues.
- Linnworks Management: Utilise Linnworks to ensure seamless integration between our marketplaces and back-end systems.
- Compliance: Liaise with the QA team to ensure all relevant toy safety and compliance information is accurately reflected on the platforms.
Demand Forecasting & S&OP
- Data Provision: Generate and analyse "Marketplace Demand" data to feed into the wider Supply Chain and S&OP cycles.
- Inventory Hygiene: Monitor stock levels and "Buy Box" eligibility to prevent lost sales and ranking drops during peak trading periods.
Promotions & Commercial Growth
- Calendar Management: Execute high-impact promotional strategies (Prime Day, Black Friday, Q4 Peak) to maximise share of voice.
- AI Integration: Use AI tools effectively to streamline copywriting, data analysis, and workflow efficiency.
The knowledge you should bring to Jumbo Group to take our services to the next level is:
- Experience: 3+ years in Marketplace Management with deep proficiency in Amazon Vendor and Seller Central.
- Systems: Proficiency in Linnworks is highly desirable.
- Analytical Tools: Knowledge of Helium 10, or similar tools for keyword harvesting and competitor tracking.
- AI Proficient: A "know-how" approach to using AI tools to enhance productivity and content quality.
- Communication: Ability to collaborate within a multi-functional team and translate complex data into actionable insights for the Supply Chain.
