Construction Manager – Storage Facility Project

Contract: Initial 6 months (potential extension)

We’re looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join a live project delivering a large-scale storage facility.

This is a solid opportunity to step into a fast-paced scheme and take real ownership of site delivery.

The role:

You’ll be leading site operations, managing subcontractors, and ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard. Ideal for someone who has delivered similar shed-style builds and is confident running the job day to day.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager on industrial or logistics projects
• Experience delivering storage facilities, warehouses, or similar builds preferred
• Strong track record managing site teams and subcontractors
• Able to drive programme and maintain quality standards
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid as a minimum
