A fast-growing beauty brand at a pivotal stage of its journey is looking for a Supply Chain & Procurement Director to join its London-based leadership team.
This is a high-impact role, sitting at the heart of the business, with real influence over how the brand scales globally. You’ll lead end-to-end supply chain and procurement strategy, ensuring the business is set up for sustainable, efficient growth while maintaining the quality and agility the brand is known for.
The Role
You’ll take ownership of the full supply chain and procurement function—from sourcing and supplier partnerships through to production, logistics, and delivery. Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll help shape the operational backbone of the business as it continues to expand across markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and deliver the global supply chain and procurement strategy
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team
- Strengthen supplier relationships while identifying new partners aligned with brand values
- Drive cost efficiencies without compromising on quality or brand positioning
- Oversee forecasting, inventory planning, and demand management
- Optimise logistics and distribution across UK and international markets
- Implement systems and processes to support scale and visibility
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Finance, and Commercial teams
About You
- Proven experience leading supply chain and procurement within beauty, cosmetics, or a related consumer brand
- Strong track record of scaling operations in a high-growth environment
- Commercially astute, with the ability to balance cost, quality, and speed
- A confident leader who enjoys building and developing teams
- Comfortable operating both strategically and hands-on when needed
- Experience working with international suppliers and global distribution
