Commercial Property Solicitor – Expanding City team – London

The Partners of this highly-regarded commercial real estate team in London is looking for a talented Real Estate lawyer to strengthen the practice.

This is a relatively small team and the Partners are looking for the right candidate at either Associate or Senior Associate with the right attitude to add to the team’s culture and positive values.

  • Salary: up to £110K DoE
  • Reports to: Head of department
  • Location: London
  • Work pattern: Hybrid

What’s expected?

You’ll advise a broad range of clients—occupiers, developers, investors, and lenders—on matters including:

  • Acquisitions and disposals
  • Lease negotiations
  • Portfolio management
  • Development site acquisitions, agreements, and disposals
  • Mentoring less experiences colleagues
  • Corporate support as well as working with other teams such as construction.

About you

The role is ideally suited for a solicitor with 2 PQE+ and the following attributes:

  • Strong experience in Commercial Property
  • Proven Landlord and Tenant expertise
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset
  • A genuine interest in business development and networking
  • Financial awareness and attention to detail
