With a strong reputation for delivering high quality, subscription based insight platforms and consultancy, the business is continuing to invest in its customer success function as part of its growth. They are now looking to hire a Customer Success Manager to take ownership of key client relationships, driving engagement, retention, and long-term commercial value across their subscription base.


Overview:

This is a highly client-facing role sitting at the intersection of insights, technology, and relationship management. You will manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring they are fully embedded into the platform, maximising usage, and clearly realising value from the product.

Working closely with commercial and product teams, you will play a key role in supporting renewals, identifying growth opportunities, and feeding client insights back into the wider business to shape future development.
