We’re partnering with a fast-growing international consumer brand business looking to strengthen its European operations with the addition of a Customer Onboarding & Compliance Specialist.


This is a key role at the centre of the business — ensuring new customers are set up correctly, operational processes run smoothly, and costly errors across the supply chain are avoided.


The Role


You’ll take ownership of how new customers are integrated into the business from an operational perspective — ensuring all systems, processes, and logistics requirements are aligned from day one.


Working closely with commercial, operations, warehouse and finance teams, you’ll act as the link that ensures customer requirements are clearly defined, communicated, and executed accurately.


Alongside onboarding, you’ll play an important role in maintaining operational standards — reviewing issues such as delivery discrepancies, compliance penalties, and returns, and helping drive continuous improvement across the process.
