Product Manager

London - (2 days a week)

Responsibilities

Own the product roadmap for Dynamics 365, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities and user needs.
Lead the delivery of multi‑technology programmes across CRM, ERP, data and workplace platforms.
Collaborate with engineering, architecture and business teams to define requirements and shape end‑to‑end solutions.
Use hands‑on knowledge of ACRE or OWS to guide platform enhancements and optimise system performance.
Monitor product performance, identify improvement opportunities and drive iterative development cycles.

Skills / Experience

Proven experience as a Product Manager within a Dynamics 365 or enterprise application environment.
Practical, hands‑on expertise with ACRE or OWS platforms.
Strong understanding of CRM, ERP, data platforms and modern workplace technologies.
Ability to translate complex requirements into clear product strategies and actionable delivery plans.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, communicate and drive outcomes across technical and non‑technical teams.
