Role Overview
We are hiring a Travel Adviser to plan, book, and manage travel for clients across leisure or corporate trips. The role combines deep destination knowledge with operational discipline — making sure every trip happens the way it should.
Key Responsibilities
– Plan and book travel itineraries (flights, hotels, transfers, activities) tailored to client needs
– Advise clients on destinations, visas, travel insurance, and trip logistics
– Resolve in-trip issues including delays, cancellations, and rebookings
– Maintain accurate bookings and traveller profiles in GDS and booking platforms
– Build relationships with hotel, airline, and DMC partners
– Meet revenue, attachment, and customer satisfaction targets
Required Skills and Qualifications
– 2+ years in travel advisory, corporate travel, or agency roles
– Familiarity with GDS platforms (Sabre, Amadeus, Apollo) is a plus
– Strong destination knowledge across multiple regions
– Excellent written and verbal communication and client service
– Comfort with after-hours support during traveller emergencies
– IATA or equivalent certification is a plus
