Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
Working pattern: Monday to Friday 40 hours (7:30am - 4pm)
Location: Denham, Uxbridge, UB9 5HJ
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the full site operation across both outlets (grab & go coffee shop + high-end restaurant)
- Oversee both front and back of house teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day service
- Deliver a high-quality food and customer experience in a premium workplace setting
- Manage team performance, rotas, and ongoing development
- Drive commercial performance, focusing on speed of service and efficiency
- Support the launch and growth of a flagship, multi-faceted site
- Build strong client relationships and ensure expectations are exceeded
- Maintain high standards across health & safety, hygiene, and compliance
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Background in fast-paced, high-quality environments (e.g. premium QSR like Leon)
- Commercially aware with a strong focus on service speed and quality
- Experience in workplace catering is a bonus, but not essential
- Adaptable and comfortable in a brand-new, evolving concept
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to grow teams
- Hands-on, proactive, and excited by a flagship opening
