Overview

The role demands an engineering background within a paper mill environment and a strong grasp of manufacturing standards, safety, compliance and sustainability initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Drive operational efficiencies and productivity in line with strategic plans.
- Provide overall operational direction, management and organisation for the company.
- Manage and inspire a large team across multiple divisions.
- Plan and execute a range of operational activities to safeguard and enhance efficiency.
- Implement performance measures to ensure production standards are met.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of policies and procedures required to manage a safe and compliant manufacturing facility.
