Business Development Director – Print Management
We are working with a multi‑million pound agency that already has a footprint in the print management sector, but has ambitious plans to expand further in the marketplace. With a turnover in excess of £250m, this client has a phenomenal balance sheet and eye‑watering financial performance, which will give any potential client incredible confidence.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the sales functions of the division.
- Build a strong client base and develop a successful team.
- Drive business expansion and increase revenue by identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Align sales strategies with senior management and guide long‑term objectives.
- Build relationships with customers and vendors, and lead a sales team.
- Help clients manage budgets and creative strategy across channels.
- Utilise the agency’s buying power and global infrastructure to secure competitive print supply.
Qualifications
- Excellent negotiation skills and a proven track record of increasing revenue in print or print management.
- Experience working with senior management to align sales strategies.
- Outstanding communication skills for building relationships with customers and vendors.
- In‑depth knowledge of marketing demands across all channels and ability to implement solutions.
- Hands‑on ability and immediate commitment to selling over the first one to two years.
