Overview
We are an established printing company that supports marketing campaigns with a wide range of services, including printing, creative design, and mailing. We seek a Business Development Director to translate service knowledge into solutions, expanding business opportunities from both new and existing accounts.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies
- Gather and analyze performance data, producing detailed reports
- Use industry and market knowledge to identify growth opportunities, forecast sales, and avoid stagnation
- Conduct trend analysis, market monitoring, and results tracking
- Pitch highly complex sales propositions and promote rapid growth
- Collaborate closely with the board of directors to support strategic decision‑making
Requirements
- Significant experience in the printing, packaging, or paper sectors
- Strong analytical skills with a data‑driven approach to sales and forecasting
