Business Development Director – Flexographic Print
We have an exciting opportunity to join a well-established and innovative packaging company, known for delivering high-quality, flexographic printed solutions to a wide range of industries including FMCG, food & beverage, cosmetics and healthcare.
As a forward-thinking business with a strong reputation for service and quality, our client is now seeking a Business Development Director to help drive continued growth. This is a key senior role, ideal for someone with a deep understanding of flexographic print production and a proven ability to translate technical capability into commercially successful client solutions.
About the Role
In this strategic and hands-on role, you will:
- Lead new business development efforts, while growing existing client relationships.
- Identify and create tailored labelling solutions to meet client needs.
- Collaborate closely with the board to shape sales strategy and achieve ambitious growth targets.
- Translate market insight into effective go-to-market plans and pitches.
- Handle complex sales propositions, from concept to close, often involving multiple stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve.
- Analyse performance data to guide strategic decision-making and accurately forecast sales opportunities.
